This is what Frank looked like when we brought him home from East Palo Alto, CA. He had been on eBay a few times, and then wound up on Craigslist. He ran and drove, though the brakes were iffy at best. Still, every time he was started after long periods of dormancy, he did so without smoke and with enthusiasm.
